Innovations involving extreme conditions such as pressure, temperature, radiations, corrosive and aggressive atmosphere, are very important in the synthesis, processing and in characterization. The current Spring school “Materials Science under Extreme Conditions(Materials synthesis, Processing and Characterizations) (XTRMAT-2018) funded by European commission through the European project “SUPERMAT” is mainly dedicated to train the young researchers especially the master, Ph.D students and early stage career researchers in Europe.
